Cassette deck restoration since 1983

Before you ask

The questions every collector asks first.

Q1 Do you ship worldwide?

Yes — we ship to most countries worldwide. Every deck is fully insured and tracked from our workshop in Nanjing to your door. Transit times vary by destination and are shown per shipping zone on each deck page.

Q2 What about customs and import tax?

Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. We declare the real value of the deck on the customs form and mark the parcel as a used audio component. If your customs office requires it, we can include a commercial invoice on request.

Q3 My country uses 220V, the deck is 100V — is that a problem?

Many decks we sell are 100V Japanese domestic models. We confirm the voltage on every listing. A quality step-down converter rated for the deck's power draw is recommended and works fine, or we can quote you a model fitted with a 220–240V voltage selector instead — just ask.

Q4 How are the decks packed?

Every deck is double-boxed with high-density foam on all sides and the faceplate wrapped separately. We photograph each shipment before dispatch, so there is a record of exactly how your deck left the bench.

Q5 Can I return a deck?

Yes — 14 days from delivery if the deck arrives not as described, with the buyer paying return shipping. Before sending anything back, describe the issue to us on WhatsApp; most problems are resolved remotely without a return.

Q6 Do you sell parts or tapes?

Occasionally — belts, pinch rollers, alignment cassettes and other small items come through the workshop. Ask on WhatsApp for what is currently available.
